Hi. Demigod of the Tistina's effect changes as many of my opponents monsters to face-down defense position as possible, then sends all face-up cards they control to the graveyard. If my opponent only controls link monsters, or if they just don't control any monsters at all (meaning there would be no possible monsters to switch to face-down defense position), can I still activate the effect and wipe their face-up cards after flipping "as many" monsters face-down as possible (none)?
