I can't summon rainbow overdragon on rainbow dragon. It's probably a bug

Cards Tributing another card (on the field) for cost or effect, or any card that Tributes another monster (on the field) to Special Summon a monster by its own way is currently bugged (summons without starting a chain)

This issue is most likely the result of a core change downstream

*Unless the card can only Tribute itself as cost (e.g. Dyna Mundo), can Tribute also monster from a place other than the field (e.g. Drytron, or Ritual Spells), they don't work.

*Tributing a monster on the field for EMERGENCY! does not work. (Maybe for hand too? Getting conflicting info for that.)

*Targeting monsters to Tribute for effects such as "Balameuniere de Nouvelles" does not work either
