I would say you cannot use its effect to unequip and SS, as its not considered a Union equipment, as it was not equipped by its own Union effect. Lily would also not gain the bonuses of summoning a token from having Des Dendle, as Des Dendle was not equipped by its own effect

Des Dendle is a union monster, and its effects are applied when equipped as a Union equipment, not just as an equip spell card

As far as I know, yes

#

Newer union monsters can detach and SS themselves without specifically being a union equip, but des dendle does not have an errata to allow that, and as far as I know, theres no rulings specifically allowing it with Des Dendle
