I'm not sure if this was me missing timing or just not understanding in general or a bug? I wasn't able to proc House Dragonmaid effect when I bounced Chamber back to hand with Tidying and I was just curious on why? I know it wasn't Human error I didn't even get a popup for it

House has a when effect, and it seems to have missed its timing because it's chain link 2

cards with a "when" effect usually don't work if the chain is higher then 1.
