As per title. When i enter teleportation delay this should be interrupted. I cant move under normal cruise once i activate this...

A leap is not guaranteed to finish with actual teleportation. So any bond IS broken when the leap occurs and not when it is merely in progress.

Other teleportations are guaranteed to succeed so bond is broken immediately.

While I acknowledged that part it still should interrupt as the movement of the ship will be terminated under normal leap rule. It should NOT matter whether it is guaranteed or not. The leap mechanics works as the following:
drone fire, enemy in drone range, leap activate 1 second later, ship paused as activation kicks in, ship jumps while dealing damage (these two steps:jump and deal damage, are considered same tick as the game always calculate damage taken on barrier, damage taken by opponent, and teleport at the same time).

Bond should not have looked at whether a teleportation is guaranteed or not. It should instead go by whether if there is a force that could break the bond. Entering leap clearly puts the ship in a pause of motion
