Add a hydrogen upload planet indicator on hover

As a WS player, when hovering over hydrogen upload, I want to see a planet indicator, similar to dispatch, so that I can determine which planet the hydrogen will be sent to without guessing or testing it in TM.

Why not just make it selectable? I never used hydro upload so I thought you selected which planet 😂

I’m assuming it was intended to create some risk. If you want a desirable planet, you need to stick your neck out a little and move closer. Otherwise, you could mine and upload from a safe position with little to no risk of being intercepted 🤷‍♂️
