Is there anything that can be done to prevent the Pulse module from becoming the end of BLS?

I'm level 580, and in my first ranked BLS match, I was matched with two level 999 players who had the Pulse module at level 12. There was absolutely no chance of winning that BLS match, and it's becoming a worrying sign for the game!

The day all the top players have the pulse module, all the other players will stop playing BLS since there will be no chance of climbing the rankings.

But the addition of pulse was a really bad idea. Massive AoE burst, limited only by 12s cooldown

I think lvl 12 mods even lvl 11 should be a little OP

If no more rs levels are added then yeah that's the max you can go and took a very long time to get there

Make yourself very inconvenient to kill, they'll end up leaving you for last and kill easier targets because it's not a lot of effort for them. Then you're in a 1v1 and have a better chance of outplay

Telepulse makes them extremely vulnerable too though. Get yourself alpha to survive the pulse, then telebond them while their tele is down.

Destiny at least has 3s delay + ~1s of server latency. It's still kinda busted, but can be countered with propper positioning and situational awareness, which the majority of playerbase hasn't evolved yet. And why should they, when they can just pop alpha?

Only few has developed that conditional reflex

if the telebond user is smart they activate teleport ~0.5s after pulse starts teleporting, +~1s of latency. so when pulse lands, they have ~3.5s to destiny with latency (if i did math right which idk if i did)
obviously this is assuming people with more than 2 brain cells
