... but why? It's not like WS gives any rewards anyway, and a larger WS player base helps both the matchmaking and actually reduces loss farming. Restricting low-level players from WS doesn't serve any real purpose other than removing part of the player base.

Loss farming should simply be punished with either temp or for repeat offenders perma ban. Actively trying to ruin a week of game play for other players should not be acceptable. However I don’t think limiting new player engagement is the way forward
