While it's not very important, I think it would be nice to enable and disable panning when your cursor is at the edge of the screen, since click-and-drag to pan or keybinds are my preffered methods.

speak for yourself, i love to accidentally resize the HS window in the middle of a tense DRS or blue star, it just adds more excitement when you can see only a small area
wait, panning on hitting edge? how do you get that on PC? ah you play full screen. there's your problem.
