This drone prevents targeting waypoints (roids/planets) by all players and cerbs.
The size and duration of the void bubble increases with level
Waypoint Drone (primarily a WS drone)
When launched, it travels to the center of a sector and it becomes a friendly targetable waypoint only after it reaches the destination.
Duration, launch range and health increase with level
