Similar to public ongoing rs list

Maybe with the ability to create some slots for the same level

You join a star and anyone can join

And doing it for drs won’t work since only idiots or trolls would use it

No, because queues are spaces where people wait before launching

Public on going lists are there after launch. There might be 4 people at similar times, but it forces all to be attentive and afraid of being the first if they don't want to risk to play alone.
