Option to remove unusable short range scanners either whenever you want or after all sectors around have been fully scanned.

Short Range Scanner cost would still scale like normal until a max cap.

Also to avoid the star harvester issue:
A new space station for controlling specific roid spawning sections.
Short ranged scanners only puts the first spawn point, and after can be removed, and then The roid space station comes into play for you to choose roid spawn placement.

Star Harvester spawns roids only in sectors where there are short ranged scanners. Without the scanners, also goes without the hydro.

I mean it would be possible to let it be a permanent spawn for roids no? (Even after removing it)
What I am arguing is that it is pointless to have them on the screen.
