#Skipping partial upgrade time using crystals

Crystals should be allowed to cut down on upgrade time too in addition to being able to skip complete tech/planet/space station/sector scanning upgrade times

What am I not understanding? Crystals are already used to reduce research time for all upgrades I can think of

Lets say you start a 20 d research and want to skip the first 7, currently it is not possible..

Fair point perhaps... but then you'd have to wait for that exact moment..just pay the 1000 crystals up front

Well how does the time system work to match correct crystals? If its 1 day it could split that into 3 parts like 3hr/10hr/20hr or something not that exactly. If its 20d you need to pay little more by breaking it into 3d/9d/18d or something idk haha

Then it musta been changed. Used to be a lot cheaper the longer you skipped

But if it’s truly the same after day one then at the very least people skipping but not finishing should have to pay the full cost of the last day upfront imo

I usually wait until only 1 day if I skip if not then few hours if only have little crystals I don’t pay attention to the hours-crystals much I saw the graph tho

I know my tele 7 -> 8 was 7days at like 1000 something now its at 2d 18hr 11m at 549 so

I don’t like the idea of skipping the cost of the last day. I don’t wanna see people skip 19 days and wait out the last day. It’s the boy good objection I can think of

Currently you must pay the increased cost for the last day every time. I think all skipping regardless of total time should Incure that cost

Yea, partially skipped would mean going backwards so it would be fair to count like that, since full skip would count the same way
