Suspend is currently broken. It provides almost all of it's effectiveness at level 1, but the BLS points scale linearly.
#Level 1 Suspend is the most broken mod for BLS and needs a re-vamp.

Maybe 20% damage reduction for level 1 suspend in BLS, but at the end levels the reduction is still the same, each upgrade just increases that % 3-4 at a time, not 2 as it is currently.
