But then the life would be too easy if you have replicator and genesis at lvl 15 with 12m cap...
the price can be reconsidered as long as it's cheaper than 25mil. Maybe 17mil considering 8mil is the price for r10 upgrade. And for gen and rep they can be more expensive.
Credit mods don't have a 25m cap. I have level 15 drone, ship comp, and burst with 21m cap. Effectively old game cap. Hydro does have a higher cap than can easily be reached, but the real blocker is enough artifacts. The artifact limits are designed to take 6mo to 1yr per level if you're doing maxed bonus levels - i.e. dark stars.
The real intent is to make a forever game. Game content that takes many years more to max than the original HS. It will take that long to build planets to unlock the max tech. Enjoy the ride. Plenty of hydro with level 12/13 hydro tech.
I have all 15 drone sets too, at 13mil cap. Based on my calculation I still need around 2 years to get 25mil, there's not much to expect between 10mil and 25mil
Can get prints for like all mods to 14 in 2-3 years. I don’t think wrong to have something for end game players to strive for
