Starting this sunday, the 26th of april, SCB presents the free-to-play series Alpine A110 Cup in a bi-weekly format.
Every race will be held on one of the currently available free-to-play tracks (most-likely the one used in the current ranked rotation). This series is completely free to run and the servers will not be password protected, but the Raceroom Commander will be used, so the Reputation limit will be set to 70.
The dates:
Round 1 (26th Apr): Mantorp Park Long
Round 2 (10th May): Sepang Grand Prix
Round 3 (24th May): Laguna Seca Grand Prix
Round 4 (07th Jun): tba
Round 5 (21st Jun): tba
The format:
Server opens at 20:30 cest, usually a bit earlier.
Practice: 30 min
Qualifying: 15 min
Warm-up: 3 min
Race 1: 15 min
Warm-up: 3 min
Race 2: 15 min
Warm-up: 3 min
Race 3: 15 min
The point scheme
75 % of the leader's distance has to be reached in order to receive points even after a DNF.
Race points: 25-20-16-13-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
The fastest lap of the race will grant 1 additional point.
