Why do I lose rep when I get kicked from server? that should not happen, I lost 8.3 rep from the nords MX5 race that only lasted a minute. I had no ICP except 3 from the disconnect.

this system doesn't make sense since u already get punished by losing rating
also how disconnects has anything to do with ur behaviour on track which reputation should really be about
but I don't think anything will be changed since it's like that since years, maybe after they will introduce these licenses or whatever they plan to do

I also lost a big chunk of rep due to disconnect, (15 or so) but it's important to understand that there's no good way to detect legitimate unintentional disconnects from people intentionally quitting.
People will abuse a lenient system and disconnect to avoid losing rep.

This is annoying. Happened to me last week during an F4 race in Spa. Got kicked from server just after La Source and lost around 10 rep. 🥲

so you disconnect , for whatever reason
the server cannot see the or judge the disconnect
some people have killed there connection forced a ping spike etc when having a bad race or just having changed there mind when on track
so the server gives a 3 point penalty
if your neer the end of the race it wont make much difference because you have covered x distance
but if its early in the race you will lose higher amounts of rep/rat

And when there is 0 incs except 3 from disconnect, it cannot be bad race where you intentionally do disconnect.
