#Onboard camera view broken/corrupted in all cars

After I deleted my Doc folder, the ingame onboard camera view is corrupted for all cars, showing an empty grey-ish screen instead, other cameras work fine.
I already verified Steam files, tried restarting the game without the Steam cloud savings on, and deleted all /cars folders and then verified Steam files, also I reinstalled the whole game from scratch, nothing worked.
pc specs Geforce rtx 2070s, i7 9700k. resolution 3840x1600 21:9. nvidia driver 591.74
