is it a random issue or you can't join any race that you signed up before?

I have the same problem, i signedup and registered in a sprint race, set a time for qualify but race never start, and i can see only: registered

It happened to me twice last night, and as you can see from the screen, it tells me I haven't done a lap and therefore I don't have a time, but in reality I've done it more than once.
