I don't know if you're having the same problem, but I can't get into the game anymore. It gets stuck on the home screen and nothing starts. What's going on? Until yesterday evening I never had any problems, today it can take several minutes to enter the game, or an error appears: "error code 13"..........help

Error 13 is a connection issue.
Try restarting your router.
Or try using a vpn.

Hm, then next guess is firewall.

the problem is that until yesterday everything was perfect, from today either I don't get in anymore, or I get in after three minutes of waiting and everything is very slow

I left my personal computer as it was yesterday, I didn't change or touch anything, and from today it started having this big problem, or I tried to restart the router, to remove the firewall, and there is nothing to do or it freezes or to enter the game, even five minutes pass

  • Is it possible for you to upload the log files?
They may provide useful information about where you get stuck.
It would be appreciated if you would include the place that you stuck with your report.( like attaching image or what written when it get stuck.) If you don't remember, run it one more time and upload the last generated ones. You can find the files here:
    Log files: Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log
  • Where are you from?
At the moment I'm going to check the norm thing and want to here your feedback.
  • Did you try to reset your modem/router? If not, turn it off for at least 2-3 minutes. If you can, try to do flushdns at the same time on your system and restart it so that after that, system receive new routing from your ISP when you turn on your modem.
  • Did you tried the VPN way which ShortyBuzz told you? what was the result? did you move forward or still the same?
Just for record, connection change and routing can happen at any moment from ISP side which can cause problems time to time. It's not related to keeping your system on.

no, I'm not an admin, but it doesn't matter. let's stick to facts, and they are: 1) not everyone is having the same issue, 2) even if the error message is the same, it doesn't mean that it is caused by the same underlying issue or that it will react the same to different attempts to solve it

there are many people to whom using a VPN "solves" (or more accurately, circumvents) this error. I don't know why it doesn't work for you, but I wish I had something to suggest

yes, there are a lot of reports of issues after the update, including connection-related ones. I don't know why VPN doesn't help in your case, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't help anyone because there are definitely cases where it does. it helps me, for example

#

yes. but it's worth trying because it might help

it might help Germano too
