#RE: Graphics Update

The recent graphics "upgrades" has resulted in my computer no longer able to run R3E - as stated previously, the only computer I have available is a laptop with no GPU.

A month ago it ran fine albeit on a lower than native resolution, but now I can't get a stable enough frame rate - on the lowest possible graphics options and at the lowest available resolution - to tell what input corrections need to be made in order to not lose control.

I love this game and am deeply disappointed because prior to the aforementioned update it was running fine. Additionally, I realize a laptop and gamepad setup is hardly ideal but between losing my job and medical bills it's the best that I can do.

I'm not looking for a handout, I just want to be able to enjoy this sim again.

I greatly appreciate any help that can be provided.

did you look in your GPU drivers if you can reduce the quality even further? like, reducing texture quality?

Yep, I went into the Intel HD graphics control panel and ensured it was performance-oriented rather than Balanced or Quality

Are there not any developers on here that answer questions like these?

Try turning all shadows off. That will help a lot. Also turn all reflections off if that's not enough. Also turn motion blur off.

Also try running RaceRoom in DXVK mode. Sometimes the Vulkan library has better frame rate.

I've got the same problems. Max. half FPS, 30-45, instead of 70-100.
Changing the settings won't change a lot.
