Good day, I purchased VRP and haven't had them show up in my account or received the code to add to my account.

hi Guys -- @fleet sigil , @pseudo anchor - any chance this could be escalated somehow?

Wesley is attempting to join our upcoming league championship on Simracing.GP, which starts next Monday, and this have been outstanding for a couple weeks from when Wesley first encountered the issue as far as I've been informed

@polar vessel one thing I can think of in the meantime, as it might be related --

Is after I moved country, I also noticed where I previously purchased vRP from (South Africa), vs where I am now (UK) -- the sites and accounts/profiles were not linked.

So e.g., where I was being redirected by default, to https://www.raceroomstore.com/uk/customer/account/login/

with UK in the URL, was incorrect,

And I needed to force it to goto the old URL I was using i.e. https://www.raceroomstore.com/shop_en/customer/account/login/

like here it didnt find my account with the same email
