can anyone give me maybe tips for my setup, what i can do better ?

which nordschleife we are talking about? nordschleife nordschleife? then you are 1.5 minutes off pace.
if we are talking about current ranked championship leaderboard then you are 1 second faster than first place.

Generally speaking: if you are multiple seconds off pace, a setup isn't the problem.

the nordschleife from the championship competition so the full nordschleife,
first place has a 8:47.366 so hes 9 seconds faster than me
