I was exploring the different resolutions to try and get my screen set up comfortably, and somehow this happened, and I cant access the top 2/3s of the application to resolve it. Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling?

you can edit this file manually to set a proper resolution: Documents\My games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\graphics_options.xml

or you can delete it and the game will start with default graphics settings
