problem with race lauching

Hello, often times on raceroom, when I launch a race the screen become black, I relaunched the game and it still does not work. I sometimes fixed itself but rarely.
Everythime before it becomes black when I launch a race I have this visual
problem on my screen (see picture)

1. delete Documents\My games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\BrowserData\Cache. this folder also contains your webhud settings if you use any of these, so you can also rename the folder instead of deleting (just in case it doesn't solve the problem, then you just rename it back and try other things to fix the issue)
2. verify Raceroom files on Steam
3. rename the whole folder Documents\My games\SimBin to Simbin-backup
