Why is it that I don't have a menu and then error 1 occurs?

Woran liegt es das ich kein Menü hab und dann Fehler 1 kommt.

I've already changed the RAM.
reinstalled windows
and reinstall Raceroom several times or deleted the Sim Bim folder. Nothing helps, either when you join or when you press ESC to get into the box, error 1 and I lose the menu.
