I would like to make a complaint, I lost 17 reputation points for a race I didn't participate, I left before the end of qualifying, but for some reason my car and new one continued to keep on track
clearly a game error because I was on the opening screen of the game at 10:38 am
would it be possible to fix this?

are you sure it was end of qualifying and not the 1 minute before the race?
and no, there is no chance you will get the points back. everything for every racer would have to be re-calculated.

I left before starting the race, because there was no way I could stay, so before clicking on continue to change the session, I ended up leaving

the 1 minute preparation belongs to the race session.
if the qualy ended you cannot leave anymore as there is no way to access the menu. so either you exited before the qualy ended or you left when the session switched (in the 1 minute preparation) which then is race session and you lose points

I understand, but even so it's annoying, because I didn't even enter the grid, I had to leave before... if I'd known I would have found a way to stay... I don't like losing points
I also noticed that a server even if you leave with 5 minutes left to finish the qualification is in red, I can't access it.
