Hello! I bought vRP points so that I could get the new On The Edge pack, I paid, and got the invoice, but I can't see/use my points in the vRP balance.

It seems as though I'm lacking the redemption code. How long does it take to get the code, typically?

I ordered this about 5 hours ago.

No, I checked the junk, kept refreshing, waited, etc. I bought it once before, and I also thought it was pretty immediate.

So, I'm wondering if it's because I used PayPal with my checking account instead of a Credit Card? Maybe that delayed the transaction? I received the invoice, but I did check and notice it "pending" on my bank account. Maybe I used a CC last time.

Did you use a CC with PayPal when you got your redemption code instantly?

they send 2 separate emails, purchase confirmation and code straight after 💪

if you dont get the code on the webpage is a contact us. Send them a email with the reference of purchase and they will look into it .

I was trying to find a way to ACTUALLY CONTACT them yesterday, but couldn't find that portion.

I have the invoice, but still no redemption code. I'll do this, thanks! 🙂👍

just fyi as far as I remember you get shown the code directly after the purchase, I never had to wait for any E-Mail

I contacted them earlier today, but no response. I have verified and the payment on my end. I am hoping it gets resolved earlier in the day tomorrow because I have time to race in the afternoon, and I want to use the vRP to purchase the On The Edge pack and race online!

Thanks, Mucalist! It's unfortunately a bit concerning if you are correct because I did NOT receive the code, so, hopefully they can still resolve it since I've paid money, but have no code. 🫤

As it is a public Holiday in Germany, I'm not sure if there are people in the office.. it is possible they won't be back until Tuesday

I went ahead and issued a refund via PayPal, and I'm just going to try again today because I only mainly get to race on Fridays and Saturdays with me schedule, once in a while, here and there, on other days, but I want the On The Edge pack, and to race this weekend, so I'll go this route.

So, do you know, before I purchase again, do I HAVE to use PayPal to purchase vRP?
Should I use a credit card via PayPal instead of my checking account for faster results?
It's still beneficial to buy the bigger vRP packages on their website instead of just what I need via Steam, yes?
Should I purchase the vRP via their international site instead of the United States one?
