Yes. you have to push a button (or first you have to assign a button in the settings) and then you can drag it per mouse to the position you want and while holding right mouse button you can resize them.

Maybe the key to get the cursor up to move elements don't work in replay. I suggest trying to move it while in drive mode, and then I think it will have that position in replay also afterwards.
