Hi all,
I hope you can help me. After several years I'm trying to coming back to RR. I had a RR account in 2016 that is still active as I purchase some stuff at the time. If I go to the profile webpage it still exist.
When I install the game on Steam at the first launch the game force me to create a new account, impossible to use my old username / account. Do you know how I can simply use my old username also to receover my old RR purchase?

When it's asking you to create a new account it's not really asking you to do that, it's just creating some configuration files (if you're signing in from your old Steam account as well)

Thanks Yuval.. but he ask me for email and username and if I put the one I already have he told me that both username and email are already taken.. I simply want to use these one also to recover my old tracks.

Is that Steam asking you for that info or RaceRoom?
Never had RaceRoom ask me to give it an email address and username, and I've reinstalled RaceRoom a few times already

If I understand correctly, he had a Raceroom account before the game went to Steam and never played since then. Now the game tries to create a new account tied to his Steam account, but he wants to use his old account.
@scarlet elbow maybe tag a moderator and they can tell you who to talk to, among the dev team. on Raceroom forum you can tag J-F Chardon, he usually takes care of account issues
