We are bound to enforce both Discord and Mojang ToS/EULA/guidelines:
- Discord's ToS: https://discord.com/terms
- Follow Discord's community guidelines: https://discord.com/guidelines.
- Minecraft Usage Guidelines: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/usage-guidelines
- Minecraft EULA: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula
Everyone is expected to behave respectfully. This applies to all new and long-time members, mod developers, and staff.
Server Rules:
1) Harassment is NOT tolerated in any form. Including excessive disparaging of users, mods, mod/pack developers, and staff.
**2) **This is an ENGLISH-only, 13+ community. Excessive swearing is not allowed.
3) Prohibited behavior and content include (but not limited to):
- NSFW
- Spam (reactions/messages/gifs)
- Ban Evasion
- Piracy
- Duping
- Gaslighting, shit posting, drama dumping, dogpiling, baiting, trolling, begging, ect
- Bans/drama from this or other discords
Constructive discussion is allowed when it does not cross these lines.
The absence of a rule does not imply permission - please act accordingly
4) Always check pinned messages in each channel, as additional rules may apply. We do not provide ETAs.
5) Do not ping members unnecessarily. Do not ping or DM moderators for game issues. Use the appropriate help channel(s) for the pack, or (/moderation report) for rule violations.
6) Profile pictures, nicknames, pronouns, and server tags must be appropriate, in good taste, and may not be used to impersonate others.
7) No Discord invites. This includes URLs that redirect to Discord invite pages. (only approved, whitelisted links permitted)
8) Cracked launchers are prohibited. Use of cracked launchers violates ToS and may result in a ban.
9) Keep content and discussions relevant to the appropriate channels - If you want to stream non-pack related content, please use open-chat voice chats. Do not stream copyrighted TV shows, movies, or similar protected media.
Moderation:
All moderation actions and community concerns are handled collaboratively by staff.
If you believe something was handled incorrectly, you may:
A) Contact a moderator privately and respectfully or use /moderation report so your concern is properly logged and reviewed by the team.
B) Please do not harass, pressure, or publicly challenge moderation decisions.
C) Do not mass message staff, encourage others to pile on, argue semantics, or attempt to “rules lawyer” moderation decisions. This will only make the situation worse.
Server staff have the final say. Just because something is not explicitly listed in the rules does not make it acceptable. If behavior is harmful, disruptive, abusive, or clearly not in the spirit of this community, staff may act on it in the moment.
