Hi! If you can't find a monolingual deck, you could also create one using a French dictionary like Larousse or Wiktionnaire.
For example, instead of:
chien = dog
You can write something like:
chien — animal domestique à quatre pattes, souvent considéré comme le meilleur ami de l’homme.
Or:
manger — prendre de la nourriture et l’avaler pour se nourrir.
This way you train yourself to think directly in French instead of translating. You can also add example sentences like:
Le chien dort dans le jardin.
Je mange une pomme.
