Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

at least, that's what the C1 exam uses as the audio recording
if you can follow what they're, then you'll be able to follow it during the text
by just listening to it a lot, you will also learn to follow the rhythms of the conversation better, for instance how they speak more quickly introducing the guests than in asking them questions

You can’t cram listening proficiency, sadly. You have to regularly listen to French daily at a level that is slightly above your current level to keep improving. (My experience)
