Yes, you can write it, but “plein accord” sounds a bit less formal in academic writing. It’s understandable, but many academic texts prefer “tout à fait d’accord”, “entièrement d’accord”, or simply “je suis d’accord avec…”.
For example:
Je suis entièrement d’accord avec cette analyse.
Je souscris pleinement à cette idée. (more formal)
Je partage entièrement ce point de vue.
