Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

On peut dire aussi utiliser l’impératif présent « Faites attention au livre que je vous ai prêté s’il vous plaît  »

you are supposed to match tense in general (although this isn't always possible with the subjunctive), but technically speaking the conditional and subjunctive are not tenses at all
