Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

I would never use "je sais ça" personally. I could use "je le sais, ça" or "je sais" but not "je sais ça"
"Ça" is more informal and generally means it's more conceptual, no noun implied with it, and/or something that has not been previously mentioned but can be gestured to. Not a hard and fast rule though
