Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
They're similar but not the same
Un·e enseignant·e is just someone who teaches.
Un·e professeur·e is someone who specializes in teaching and probably teaches at a university level or above. They likely have some sort of degree and/or may work within the public higher education school system.
Some people aren't too careful with the distinction and may use one for the other, but in education circles, the usage is more measured and careful
