Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

C'est très gentil de ta part, mais c'est pas vraiment comment ces salons marchent ! D'habitude des membres postent une question dans un canal salle de classe, notre bot crée automatiquement un fil pour cette question, et les membres qui le souhaitent peuvent y répondre !
