Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
This is not a reflexive verb.
As you can see, the subject and the object are different "je" vs "te"
Which means "te" is a regular object in this sentence, and the verb is "envoyer", not "s'envoyer"
it does use "avoir"
j'ai envoyé quelque chose à quelqu'un => I sent something to someone
je __t'__ai envoyé quelque chose => I sent you something (I sent something to you)
reflexive verbs happen when the subject and the object are the same, or simply when the verb is reflexive by nature
