both are correct

there are multiple ways to ask questions in French:

• using intonation — informal way of asking questions using the same word order as stating a fact, but adding intonation
  tu lui rends son livre ?
• using est-ce que
  est-ce que tu lui rends-son livre ?
• using inversion — formal way of asking questions with various rules such including inverting pronoun and verb order among others
  lui rends-tu son livre ?
