Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
two things here:
- on vs nous
this is just a formality thing. "nous" as a subject pronoun is very formal, you'll mostly hear "on" in everyday speech. It conjugates like il/elle - aller vs être
in French, to be going well is "aller bien". That's why you hear stuff like "comment ça va"; "aller" is the verb used for how someone is going
"être bien" does exists, but is much, much narrower, used for when someone is in a comfortable situation and doesn't want to move
