Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"ce fut un plaisir" is a common (albeit quite formal) phrase. Passé simple is sometimes used in fixed expressions like this. This is probably the most common one.
