Maprofdefrançais and wanderingfrench on YouTube have good beginner content. Maprofdefrançais also has a book which is decent

If you're in Canada, tou.tv has a bunch of québécois tv content, and the radio Canada app is good for podcasts

je-parle-quebecois.com, usito and Wiktionary are good for expressions/vocabulary

The Wikipedia articles on QC french and pronunciation in french and english are also pretty good resources

if you're in canada there's also mauril, I haven't used it though

youglish has a canadian french setting to search for pronunciations which I find to be extremely helpful

the best way is probably to make some quebecois friends, though

or get adopted into a quebecois family kek
