Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
the difference is simply semantic
Direct objects don't use a preposition and follow the verb directly
Indirect objects use a preposition, between the verb and themselves (à, de, sur...)
"je vois Thomas" (the object "Thomas" is directly following the verb, it's a direct object)
"je parle à Thomas (there is a preposition "à" between the object "Thomas" and the verb, it's an indirect object)
