Hi,
I would pronounce the "s" when the sentence means "more", and I wouldn't when it's "no more".
e.g:

• "J'en veux plus" -> I want more [of it]: I would pronounce the "s"
• "Je n'en veux plus" -> I don't want anymore [of it]: I wouldn't pronounce it.
