• Se réveiller -> to wake (somebody) up from a state of sleep

L'alarme m'a réveillé.
The alarm woke me up.

• S'éveiller -> to awaken something in someone

Cela a éveillé en moi un sentiment d'émerveillement.
It awoke a sense of wonder in me.

Might help if you think of them as follows:

• Réveiller: to wake up
• Éveiller: to awaken
