In this case, "ai envoyé" is considered a bit like its own verb tense like "have sent" in English and you can't really put something to separate "ai" and "envoyé" unless we're using the negation. Note that if we were to replace the verb "avoir" by "souhaiter", we could then say something such as: "Je souhaite t'envoyer des messages." Here, we use both verbs, but "envoyer" is in its infinitive form.
