so first off << and >> are not French quotes, just use " and " if you don't have  « and » on your keyboard

juste français → just French
seulement français → only French

but... those aren't complete sentences

if you want to ask someone to only speak in French with you, you could say "est-ce qu'on peut parler uniquement en français ?"

but there are any number of variations and other ways of phrasing it
