Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
This is the past subjunctive, which traditionally is not used following après que, and will lose you points on a test most likely, but is gaining ground due to analogy with avant que which triggers the subjunctive
The indicative is the traditional mood to use here

That’s indicative too , right ?

this is in passive voice though, not active, so to keep things the same, a été maturé
