Bonjour! I go by they/them in English & wanted to know exactly what to put as my pronouns for French

I know that iel (& iels) exist, but I’m not 100% sure if there’s any other words

hi, just so you know, French as a language doesn't traditionally have neuter gender, and most people don't use neuter gender when speaking. While "iel" is quite known, that's not enough to solve the issue, as the question of agreement arises all the time with pronouns, adjectives, past participles and such. There's no proper solution, and it wouldn't be reasonable to ask everyone to completely reform their way of speaking.
As such, most enby French folk I know actually say whether they prefer people to use masculine or feminine.
There are more knowledgeable people than me on that topic in the server.

you can still choose to prefer "iel", it's just best to have a backup if you're comfortable doing so
